OSBRL believes in businesses large and small shouldering the shared responsibility for the societal costs of doing business in Oregon
and for the vital services that Oregon needs to be able to provide. A repeal of the Oregon Excise tax will create a deficit that will cause
drastic cuts and elimination of essential benefits programs in education, healthcare, and social services that are essential for the business
community and for a healthy economy
